The goal
How might we enhance accessibility features, mobile optimization, and user-friendly design to effectively serve Centre33’s target audiences?
TAKEAWAYS
✨ Retrospective meetings play a crucial role in helping team members identify issues that need to be addressed or improved in a timely manner to stay on track with the project timeline.
After having a meeting with the client every Friday, and due to time constraints, we scheduled our retrospective meetings immediately afterward. These sessions typically included:
Identifying and discussing any issues or challenges, along with possible solutions
Reflecting on lessons learned from recent obstacles
Recognizing team members’ contributions and offering mutual support
✨ The success of teamwork always comes down to finding a balance between analysis and empathy.
Recognition and validation throughout the process help team members feel encouraged and motivated to complete their tasks.
It's essential to understand the underlying reasons behind the final decisions that were made when issues arise.
If necessary, it's best to seek help or advice from other relevant individuals.
RESULTS
✨ Achieved up to 95% satisfaction from both the client and their end users, based on feedback such as:
A neat and clean design layout that enhances the overall user experience
Target youth users in the testing phase expressed excitement about the new mobile-optimized version, saying it made it much easier to check the event timeline and schedule
The Emergency Contact and Donation sections are now prominently and effectively positioned
